Career prospects
In addition to academic qualifications, graduates also acquire practical and occupational competences and are made aware of cultural diversity and differences. The program opens up professional perspectives in the fields of museums, media, cultural management, adult education, non-governmental organizations and other institutions (see also an interview with a student here). At the same time, the successful BA degree provides access to the Freiburg Master's Program in European Ethnology as well as to cultural and social science master's programs in Germany and abroad.
